Lazada Group is seeking a Retail Ops & Experience Manager to anchor Retail Operations across Sales Planning, Supply Chain, Pricing, Retail Excellence, and Retail Experience. You will drive governance, translate decisions into action, and maintain initiative trackers and logs.

In this role you will own the ASC Alibaba Seller Center, collaborate with regional and product teams, and provide analytical support with KPI tracking to enable fast, informed decisions across five functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations, planning, or commercial roles, preferably in e‑commerce, retail, or FMCG.
• Proven cross‑functional coordination experience (PMO, Business Operations, or equivalent).
• Ability to structure ambiguity into clear narratives, frameworks, and executive‑ready materials.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Retail Operations across Supply Chain, Pricing, and Sales Planning.

Aufgaben

• Drive SOP compliance across Ops functions and formalize processes with accountability, timelines, and outcomes.
• Coordinate across Pricing, Sales Planning, Retail Excellence, Supply Chain, and Retail Experience to align timelines and deliverables.
• Own the ASC (Alibaba Seller Center) tool and Retail Experience scope, coordinating with regional and product teams.
• Provide analytical support and KPI tracking to enable faster, informed decisions across five functions.
• Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects delivering measurable value.
