Job summary

Time International is seeking an Learning & Development Associate in Jakarta to support service excellence initiatives through Mystery Shopper programs, coaching, training, and competency development across boutiques. The role focuses on improving boutique performance and staff development.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational experience welcome.
• Strong communication, coaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and adaptable to digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Mystery Shopper program, including recruitment, scheduling, training, vouchers, vendors, and documentation.
• Conduct QC and review Mystery Shopper reports and identify areas for service improvement.
• Follow up and monitor action plans based on Mystery Shopper findings.
• Support coaching sessions for Boutique Leaders whose Mystery Shopper results are below standard.
• Assist in conducting training and development programs to improve service standards across boutiques.
• Support the Boutique Leaders Development Program.
• Assist in developing competency-based programs for boutique sales teams.
• Coordinate engagement and bonding activities with Mystery Shoppers.
• Support administrative, planning, scheduling, and communication activities related to Retail Excellence projects.
