PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding in-store execution and strong retailer partnerships across General Trade and Modern Trade channels.

This on-site role covers a wide geographic footprint across Indonesia, with frequent travel. You will own shelf visibility, drive campaigns, expand distribution, and translate market insights into growth actions, while building relationships with retailers and ensuring flawless execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1), minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Location: Pontianak, Sintang, Banjarmasin, Barabai, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Makassar, Bone, Pare-Pare-Palu, Gorontalo, Manado, Ambon & Ternate

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
