Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive on-site retail execution and build strong retailer partnerships across GT and MT channels. The role requires active field work, travel across Indonesia, and relocation as needed to maximize product visibility and distribution.

You will execute trade programs, expand distribution, and identify opportunities to grow territory performance, with a focus on delivering measurable results in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with GPA 2.75 or higher.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide and relocate as needed.
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A required.

Location: Pontianak, Sintang, Banjarmasin, Barabai, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Makassar, Bone, Pare-Pare-Palu, Gorontalo, Manado, Ambon & Ternate

Working Pattern: On-site 6 days per week
