Job summary

KKV Trading Indonesia is seeking a District Manager for a fast-growing international lifestyle retail company. You will drive store sales targets across assigned locations and lead Store Leaders to achieve results, while upholding brand standards and SOPs.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years in multi-store retail management, fluent English (Chinese a plus), and strong skills in sales growth, team coaching, budgeting, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Retail, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a District/Regional Manager or in a similar multi-store retail management role.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and multi-store management.
• Proven experience in sales growth, performance improvement, people management, and store operations.
• Strong experience in team coaching, training, and developing training plans.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management - Drive daily and monthly sales targets across assigned stores, monitor performance, identify gaps, and support Store Leaders in achieving results.
• Team & People Management - Develop and coach Store Leaders, strengthen team performance, manage manpower needs, and build stable, high-performing teams.
• Profit & Loss Management - Monitor sales, profit, operating costs, and losses to identify opportunities and improve overall store profitability.
• Goal Setting & Performance Management - Set clear business and people development goals, establish timelines, and follow up on progress and results.
• Operational Standards - Ensure all stores consistently follow company SOPs, operational standards, and brand guidelines while making sound decisions to resolve issues.
• Cost Control - Monitor manpower costs and operating expenses, and drive initiatives to improve cost efficiency and reduce controllable costs.
• Safety & Compliance - Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and proper equipment usage.
• Customer Experience & Brand - Deliver excellent customer experiences, strengthen brand loyalty, and communicate KKV's vision and values to both employees and customers.
