JEN by Shangri-La is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Japanese restaurant to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

As the outlet's profit centre, you will drive quality across food, beverage, and service, coach the team, control costs, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, hospitality-forward environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an international class hotel.
• Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage/ hospitality management.
• Oral and written fluency in English.
• Motivator and self-starters with initiative.
• Team leader and people oriented.

The Restaurant Manager is to manage assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre in the F&B Division in sections appointed, to maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality, staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
