Job summary

Our client, a Japanese restaurant operator in Jakarta, is seeking a Japanese Speaker Restaurant Supervisor. You will oversee store operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Fluency in Japanese is required; English CV accepted.

Primary duties include supervising shifts, coordinating promotions, providing translation support, and contributing to new store openings. This role offers growth opportunities within the company and a hands-on operational environment.

Qualifications

• Other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

More than High conversational level Japanese (N3 level acceptable if communication is possible)

Having working expeirence in Restaurant (Part-time exprience is welcome) at least Japanese company

Strong motivation to work in store operations and grow within the company

Good attendance and strong sense of responsibility (no frequent tardiness or absences)
