Job summary

Big Bellies' Mr. Smash Burger outlet in Bali is seeking an experienced Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, develop the team, and ensure consistent standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across the outlet.

Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali, you should have at least two years of supervisory or management experience in F&B, ideally in fast food or high-volume settings; strong English communication; and a willingness to work shifts and complete onboarding

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B.
• Experience in fast food or high-volume restaurant operations preferred.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
• Strong English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Supervise, coach, and develop outlet operational teams with Outlet Management Team.
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and team performance with HR Team.
• Monitor productivity and address performance or operational issues.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, wastage, and costs to support profitability.
• Ensure outlet facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
• Report outlet performance and updates to the General Manager.

We're looking for an experienced Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations for one of our brand 'Mr. Smash Burger', develop the team, and ensure consistent standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across the outlet.

Qualification

Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the F&B industry, such as Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or similar roles.

Experience in fast food, QSR, or high-volume restaurant operations is preferred.

Proven experience leading and developing operational teams.

Good communication skills in English.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Willing to work on a shift schedule if required & attend the first-month training program.

Responsibilities
