Job summary

Mr. Egg Restaurant Group in Bali seeks an experienced General Manager to lead restaurant operations. You will drive overall business performance, ensure profitability, and develop teams across outlets.

The role requires 5–8 years in F&B with 2–3 years in management, strong cost controls, and strategic leadership. You will report to the owner and collaborate with departments to grow guest traffic and revenue.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or related field with minimum requirements.
• Minimum 5–8 years in F&B or hospitality, with 2–3 years in a management position.
• Experience managing multiple restaurant outlets is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, food cost, labor cost, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall operations of Bali outlets of Mr. Egg Restaurant Group.
• Ensure outlets consistently achieve sales, profitability, service, product quality, and operational targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, customer traffic, and repeat business.
• Monitor and control Food Cost, Labor Cost, operational expenses, waste, and inventory variance.
• Ensure consistent food quality, portioning, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and online reviews and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers, Head Chefs, and operational teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze operational and financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to Management/Owner.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, promotions, partnerships, and new revenue channels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving overall business performance, operational excellence, profitability, team development, and customer satisfaction across outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum D3/S1 in Hospitality, Business Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, with at least 2–3 years in a management position such as Restaurant Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager.
Experience managing multiple restaurant outlets is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, food cost, labor cost, and cost control.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Results oriented with strong business acumen and decision-making ability.
Passionate about hospitality, customer experience, and team development.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced restaurant environment.
