Job summary

Eatwell Culinary Indonesia is seeking a Design Project Coordinator to manage design-related projects for restaurant outlets, including renovations, openings, booths, and signage. You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and external vendors to deliver on time and within budget, and prepare drawings for execution.

You will monitor progress on-site, ensure brand standards, handle revisions, and prepare reports.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in design or project-related roles.
Experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Drawing 2D/3D, MEP or equivalent.
Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate design-related projects for restaurant outlets, including renovations, new store openings, booths/events, and signage.
Collaborate with operations, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and design files for project execution.
Monitor on-site progress and ensure results meet brand standards and design specs.
Handle design revisions based on operational needs and management direction.
Prepare project progress reports, design documentation, and administrative tasks.
Ensure all design outputs support brand identity and enhance customer experience.
