Job summary

Deep Roots Dive and Yoga Resort in Nusa Penida, Bali, seeks a Resort Manager to oversee all operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining profitability.

You will manage budgets, drive occupancy and revenue, develop department heads, and uphold company standards. Based on-site in Nusa Penida, you will partner with guests, partners, and local stakeholders to sustain a positive island working environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a managerial hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of resort operations.
• Experience in revenue management and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willing to be based in Nusa Penida.

The Resort Manager oversees all resort operations and leads the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.
