Job summary

Deep Roots Dive and Yoga Resort is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the upkeep of all equipment and facilities at the Nusa Penida resort. You will perform routine inspections, assist with projects, and report hazards to the Chief Engineer.

Flexible hours and island work environment are part of the role. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, and a readiness to join immediately.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as an Engineer or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment and facilities.
• Support preventive maintenance routines as instructed by the Chief Engineer.
• Assist with installation, renovation, or improvement projects as needed.
• Monitor and report any damage, safety hazards, or irregularities to the Chief Engineer.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards during all maintenance activities.
