Job summary

Chanaya Resort in Indonesia is seeking a General Manager to translate the owner's vision into actionable priorities and measurable targets. You will lead Chanaya Resort, Soeji, and Rumpun, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring superior guest experiences across Rooms, F&B, and ancillary services.

You will be responsible for developing annual plans, budgets, and strategic initiatives, while overseeing revenue management, occupancy, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in hospitality industry.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role as GM or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing a hotel/resort operation with significant F&B exposure.

Responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for financial and commercial performance.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
• Own key metrics including revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, F&B revenue, GOP, operating costs, and profitability.
• Lead the management team and ensure cohesive operation across all departments.
• Establish SOPs, service standards, quality controls, and operational systems.
