• Strong leadership, guest engagement, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the resort including Rooms, F&B, and Spa.
• Lead a diverse team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain service quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Drive financial performance through P&L management and cost control.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Guide the Hotel Executive team and support career development.
