Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking an Residential Business Development Staff to monitor and develop property projects in Indonesia. The role combines project performance analysis, partner relationship management, market research, feasibility assessment, and business development activities to ensure alignment with business plans and stable cash flow.

Responsibilities include monitoring project status, reviewing progress and financial performance, maintaining partner relationships, expanding the property

Qualifications

• Strong feasibility study analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English; Japanese language is a plus.
• At least 3 years of business development experience in property/real estate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ongoing projects and participate in reviews of construction progress, sales, and financial performance.
• Analyse project performance and coordinate issue resolution to align with business plans.
• Maintain relationships with partners and support Japanese-speaking employees on international assignments.
• Expand the property network in Indonesia through events, market research, and regulatory updates.
• Research market trends, competitors, and regulations to support BD decisions.
• Build relationships with developers, landowners, vendors, and banks.
• Identify and evaluate land/property for development or joint ventures; support financial modeling and feasibility reviews.
