Job summary

Calito Management Bali is seeking a Reservations Clerk with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel, resort, or villa on Bali. You will handle bookings, allocate rooms or villas, and work with OTA Extranets such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb.

Proficiency in VHP PMS and MS Office helps you stay organized and accurate. Fluency in English is required, and attention to detail is essential to deliver excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations for hotels, resorts or villas.
• Experience using VHP PMS is preferred.
• Familiar with OTA Extranets like Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb.
• Good understanding of reservation procedures and room/villa allocation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job description
