Job summary

Wings Group seeks a Formulation Scientist to develop and optimize liquid formulations for Personal Care products. You will conduct research, formulation trials, and product mixing to support ongoing product development and innovation.

The role requires hands-on formulation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to work in Jakarta. You will contribute to NPD activities and collaborate across teams to ensure successful product implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in formulation development, preferably in Personal Care, Home Care, or Air Care.
• Experience in formulation research, product mixing, and product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate formulation-related issues and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
