We're looking for a Product Development Manager who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a strong understanding of consumer trends, market opportunities, and product innovation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching what's next, identifying winning product ideas, and turning market insights into products customers love.
This is not a formulation or laboratory role. Instead, you'll focus on developing the right products by analyzing market trends, understanding consumer needs, studying competitors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.

Research and identify emerging beauty trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities.
Conduct competitor analysis and product benchmarking across local and international beauty brands.
Develop innovative product concepts based on market insights and business objectives.
Analyze customer feedback, sales trends, and industry data to identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate with OEM manufacturers, R&D teams, designers, marketing, and regulatory teams throughout the product development process.
Build and manage product development timelines from concept to launch.
Develop product positioning, key selling points, and unique value propositions.
Source innovative product ideas, ingredients, packaging, and textures from global beauty markets.
Monitor product performance after launch and recommend improvements or line extensions.
Present data-driven product recommendations to internal stakeholders.
We are not currently looking for a formulator.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, Product Development, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Product Development, Product Innovation, Product Marketing, Category Management, Brand Management, or similar roles within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying product opportunities.
Familiarity with local and global beauty trends, including K-Beauty, J-Beauty, C-Beauty, and emerging brands.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a commercial mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to stay ahead of market trends.
Experience launching or managing beauty products from concept to market.
Familiarity with OEM manufacturing processes and supplier coordination.
Knowledge of beauty e-commerce trends and consumer purchasing behavior.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
