Job summary

PT Sant Group Indonesia is seeking a skilled formulation professional to develop and optimize product formulations based on briefs, trends, and regulatory requirements in the cosmetics sector.

You will coordinate with suppliers, conduct lab testing, ensure compliance with Indonesian cosmetics standards, and collaborate with QA, Production, Procurement, and Marketing to ensure feasibility and quality of product launches.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices (CPKKB), Cosmetics formulation, Halal requirements, and Indonesia cosmetics regulatory
• Excellent leadership, analytical, project management skill, detail-oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Age 20 to 30 years old
• Minimum 3-5 year of experience
• Proficient in English and computers
• experience in the same field

Responsibilities

• Development optimize product formulations based on project briefs, market trends, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers/procurement on raw material selection, evaluation, sample testing, and technical documentation review
• Conduct laboratory development, stability testing, compatibility testing, performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, product safety requirements and costumer expectations
• Collaborate with Packaging Development, Production, QA/QC, Procurement and Marketing teams to ensure product feasibility and quality
• Prepare and maintain formulation documentation, including formula records, specifications, development reports and batch records
• Support pilot trials, scale-up activities, and production validation to ensure smooth commercialization
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation for new and existing product formulations
