Job summary

PT Integra Indo Lestari (Integra Group) is seeking an experienced R&D leader to guide the packaging development team in advancing product packing methods and sample products.

You will develop and validate packing specifications to ensure product protection, quality, and efficiency, coordinate samples against customer requirements, and drive research on materials and methods to improve quality and cost efficiency, with an emphasis on timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Research & Development or Product Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Available to join immediately is preferred
