Job summary

Spin Master is seeking a packaging development specialist responsible for product packaging development and management, ensuring designs and specifications are correctly implemented in production. You will assist in sizing PDQs and master cartons and coordinate with Engineering, Asia Packaging, FG suppliers and printers.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong MS Office skills, and a highly organized, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Packaging engineering or printing technology degree required.
• 5–8 years in printing industry or packaging development.
• Ability to influence and deliver optimized packaging solutions.
• Strong time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging specifications and artwork proofs in production.
• Support accurate sizing of PDQs and master cartons.
• Help deliver packaging designs cost-effectively per briefs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Asia Packaging, FG suppliers, and printers.
• Assist in sourcing packaging suppliers for new designs.
• Support packaging sustainability initiatives.
• Interact with suppliers for pallet development activities.
