PT. • Bachelor degree in Food Technology or related field.
• 2+ years experience in R&D Food.
• Meat processing experience preferred.
• Efficient and adaptable.
• Strong technological skills.

• Good planning and management.

Responsabilidades

Perform all activities related to Lab Application activities starting from sample products, checking stock samples, and preparing for delivery.

And to help a company or organisation to maintain its competitiveness. This means keeping an eye on developing trends, and on what the competition is doing, also about analysis and a sound understanding of current conditions within a specific sector or market.

What daily activities will be carried out by:

• Make a sample prototype based on sales/ customer requests
• Trial the product according to the formulation
• Handle sample products in and out
• Checking sample in and out completeness document

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Food Technology or relevant field
• 2+ years’ experience as an R&D Food
• Experience in meat processing is preferred
• Efficient and adaptable
• Have a technological skill
• Supportive communication
• Multitasking
• Confident and easy to work in teams
• Easily adapt to deadlines and handle them diligently
• Good planning and management
