PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA is seeking a Finance/Reporting Analyst to manage the Merchandising-Plan and markdown reporting across multiple SBUs in Indonesia, ensuring timely submissions and accurate data. The role focuses on enhancing markdown analysis and coordinating with IT for automation tools.
You will prepare weekly management reports, act as UAT reviewer for automated reports, and serve as liaison between business and IT to streamline data and reporting processes.
Manage reporting process of Merchandising-Plan and Markdown for all brands under several SBU in order to ensure timely submission and report accuracy
Job Description:
Improve quantitative markdown analysis by factoring in all elements that affected the estimated margin with ±1% variance compared to its actual for several SBU
Perform and ensure timely activation of markdown and Merchandising-Plan for several SBU
Provide accurate weekly management report and ensure its timely submission
UAT reviewer for varied automation report, data and tools that developed by IT upon request from user
Act as an intermediary between IT and user to manage automation process of requested data, reports, and tools
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience from a Big 4 consulting or audit firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) is highly preferred. Candidates with strong exposure to commercial finance, business analytics, or performance management engagements will be prioritized.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Experience with SAP, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools will be a strong advantage.
