Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock opname activities.
• Verify physical inventory against system records and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory variances, stock losses, damages, and operational errors.
• Prepare audit findings and recommend corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with inventory control procedures, SOPs, and company policies.
• Review stock movement transactions including receiving, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Analyze inventory-related risks and identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls.
• Generate inventory audit reports and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve audit issues promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all inventory transactions.
• Support the implementation of inventory management systems and process improvements.
• Conduct surprise audits and spot checks when necessary.
