Job summary

Windmagics seeks a Project Executive to support development and execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects across wind, solar, hybrid, and BESS. You will coordinate engineering studies, permitting, schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.

Based in Indonesia, the role requires 1-2 years in project development or engineering, strong coordination and communication, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, project management or related field.
• 1-2 years in project development, infrastructure, engineering or renewable energy.
• Experience with wind, solar PV, BESS or power generation projects preferred.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules and milestone tracking.
• Follow up on deliverables from consultants and contractors.
• Prepare project status reports and management presentations.
• Coordinate wind measurement campaigns, LiDAR, and meteorological campaigns.
• Support feasibility studies and grid interconnection studies.
• Assist in reviewing consultant, technical and project reports.
• Coordinate with PLN, government agencies, consultants, contractors and project partners.
• Maintain project documentation and technical records.
• Prepare tender documentation and support procurement activities.
