Synkrona seeks an Electrical Power Engineer to drive design and engineering for renewable energy projects. You will oversee all stages from BED/FEED to DED and on-site construction monitoring of Solar PV and RE systems, ensuring compliance with IEC/IEEE/SNI standards while collaborating with civil, control, and environmental teams.

You will prepare technical specifications, data sheets for RFQ, review offers, and assist in bid proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical power engineering.
1–2 years of experience in renewable energy projects; fresh graduates are welcome.
Understanding of LV/MV electrical systems and standards (IEC, IEEE, SPLN, PUIL, SNI).
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

Design electrical-mechanical-related engineering across all project stages (BED/FEED/DED) and monitor site construction for Solar PV or renewable energy systems.
Prepare and review technical specifications and data sheets for RFQ and assess offers from manufacturers/vendors.
Compute MTO and BoQ costing for RE plant designs using Excel or Google Sheets.
Coordinate with Civil, Control, and Environmental disciplines.
Assist in preparing project proposals and bids with solid engineering input.
