Job summary

Syntek Energy & Control seeks an Electrical/Automation Engineer to design and implement control systems for renewable energy projects, from PLC/RTU programming to on-site commissioning.

You will produce project documentation and coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with Syntek standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical/automation projects.
• Proficient with Modbus, DNP3, IEC104 communication protocols.
• Experience with PLC IEC standards, HMI and SCADA development.
• Understand basic electrical engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of control panel design and I/O interconnection.
• Understanding of basic networking (IP, routers, switches).
• Proficiency in English for professional communication.
• Familiarity with IEC-61131 based PLCs.
• Experience integrating PV/battery inverters with SCADA/PLC.
• Experience in renewable energy applications.

• Create documentation during and after on site project execution.
• Coordinate with user/client for review and approval.
• Coordinate with internal team for project delivery schedule.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 year experience Diploma/Bachelor degree in Electrical / Automation / Control / Physics Engineer.
• High proficiency in working with communication protocol (Modbus, dnp3, IEC104)
• High proficiency in developing function block logic and HMI.
• Understand basic electrical engineering.
• Control panel design and I/O interconnection wiring.
• Understand basic networking (IP address, router, switch, etc.)
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Familiar with IEC-61131 based PLC
• Have experience to integrate PV/battery inverter to SCADA/PLC
• Have experience in renewable energy application
