Job summary

Pro Energi is seeking a young engineer to support the planning and execution of renewable energy, bioenergy, agriculture and industrial development projects. You will prepare and update project schedules, action lists and progress reports, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors and project partners to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 2–3 years' experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English and strong numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules, action lists and progress reports.
• Monitor project activities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants and project partners.
• Support technical studies, project planning, budgeting and procurement activities.
• Assist with site activities, trials and project implementation.
• Prepare project documentation and management presentations.
• Follow up project actions and highlight delays or issues requiring management attention.
