Job summary

Pt Impact Power Mandiri is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Remote Visual Merchandiser to support its retail initiatives. You will develop visual merchandising strategies and guidelines to enhance product presentation across stores and online channels.

Work with marketing and store operations, provide remote guidance, review displays, and stay ahead of trends. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to influence brand aesthetics from anywhere in Indonesia.

Qualifications

Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a related creative field.
Strong portfolio showcasing visual display concepts and execution.
Excellent understanding of color theory, layout, and space planning in retail contexts.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation tools.
Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop visual merchandising standards, guidelines, and planograms for retail stores.
Create mood boards, conceptual designs, and presentations for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Provide remote guidance to store teams on visual merchandising execution and best practices.
Review store photos and provide feedback to ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align displays with brand strategy and promotional goals.
Stay updated on retail design trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategies.
