Job summary

PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA is seeking a Visual Merchandising professional to support the development and execution of in-store visual strategies in Indonesia. You will help maintain visual standards, coordinate campaign rollouts, and ensure consistent in-store presentation to boost brand impact and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Strong ability to interpret and create planograms.
• Advanced understanding of color theory, lighting, composition, and current fashion trends.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle campaigns, new store openings, and weekly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop campaign mockups and window displays alongside the VM Manager.
• Supervise field teams to ensure all visual standards are executed flawlessly.
• Manage visual merchandising for a diverse portfolio of multi-concept and flagship stores.
• Prioritize Class A store performance through weekly audits and re-merchandising.
• Design grand opening planograms to establish strong brand presence in new markets.
• Track store compliance through post-visit monitoring and weekly reporting.
• Consult with the Operations team to implement visual enhancements and optimize store layouts.
