Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related visual display role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative display designs and retail environments.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, space planning, and visual presentation principles.
• Proficiency in design software is a plus.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into compelling visual executions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement captivating window displays and in-store visual merchandising concepts according to brand guidelines.
• Plan store layouts and product placement to optimize traffic flow and maximize sales impact.
• Create and update signage, promotional displays, and point-of-sale materials.
• Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure effective execution of visual merchandising plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure displays are consistently stocked and well-maintained.
• Stay current with retail design trends and competitor activities to inform visual strategies.
