Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia seeks a Visual Merchandising Designer to support planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of VM projects and promotions across stores.

You will collaborate with Store, Set Up, Marketing, and Purchasing teams to design compelling product displays, planograms by department, and ensure materials align with campaigns and store requirements. You will create 3D visual displays and guidelines for standardizing programs, assist with festive events and product launches, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Retail, e-Commerce, or media industries.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support VM planning, coordination, execution and monitoring.
• Coordinate VM requirements for campaigns, seasonal programs and launches.
• Collaborate with Store & Set Up teams to design effective displays by department.
• Ensure VM materials match products and promotional mechanics.
• Create guidelines for product displays, POSM and VM elements.
• Design graphic and 3D visual displays for new concepts and events.
• Coordinate with HQ, Marketing, and other teams for every project.
• Maintain VM guidelines and document reports from store visits and data.
