Job summary

PT. LAXMI UTAMA is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to design and arrange product displays that attract customers and reinforce brand identity. The role emphasizes a strong personal presence to help build the company’s Brand Image.

You will plan visual concepts, forecast needs for launches, implement layouts, train staff, and collaborate with marketing and procurement to ensure timely promotions and consistent store visuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Graphic Design, Merchandising, or related fields.
• Experience working in visual merchandising or retail (portfolio attachment required).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and have good aesthetic abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Design skills (proficiency in graphic design software is a plus).
• Analytical skills to understand and apply sales data.
• Time management skills to complete projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts for product placement in the store.
• Design attractive displays that are in line with the product theme and brand identity.
• Forecast and prepare visual merchandising needs for upcoming product launches and monthly initiatives, in line with brand standards.
• Responsible for all aspects of Visual Merchandising for Laxmi Tailors
• Arrange and change product layouts in the store on a regular basis.
• Ensure that all displays meet the company's visual and aesthetic standards.
• Executing planograms accurately, ensuring store layouts and displays align with brand standards.
• Train store staff on the importance of visual merchandising and how to maintain displays.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan promotions and events.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.
• Align store setups with the marketing calendar, ensuring timely and accurate execution of new product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure all stores comply with visual merchandising guidelines, including displays, testers, signage, and other visual elements.
