About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store presentation and customer experience at their retail locations in Medan . You will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that attract customers, highlight products, and drive sales. This role requires a strong sense of style, an understanding of retail branding, and the ability to translate marketing concepts into compelling visual narratives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging retail environments that align with our client's brand identity in North Sumatra .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative and impactful visual merchandising displays for windows, store interiors, and promotional areas.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure visual merchandising aligns with current campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain and update displays regularly to keep the store looking fresh and engaging for customers.
• Ensure all visual merchandising adheres to brand guidelines and standards for consistency.
• Manage and maintain inventory of visual merchandising props and supplies.
• Stay updated on retail display trends and competitor activities to inform creative strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related visual display role within retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual display designs and execution.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, layout, and design principles in a retail context.
• Proficiency with design software is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with store teams.
