The Luxury Collection is seeking a Remote Tour Guide Coordinator to oversee a distributed network of guides, ensuring smooth delivery of virtual and in-person tours. You will recruit, train, and schedule guides while upholding content accuracy and high-quality customer experiences from anywhere in the world.

In this role, you will expand tour offerings, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing to create engaging concepts and materials for global clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or management within tourism or hospitality.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a remote team.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for travel, culture and customer experience.
• Familiarity with online scheduling tools and communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, vet, and onboard new tour guides, ensuring quality standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs for guides on tour content and customer service.
• Schedule and manage guide assignments for virtual and in-person tours.
• Monitor guide performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain records of guide availability, ratings, and feedback.
