Job summary

Provenir Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Indonesia to drive end-to-end delivery of active projects and serve as the technical contact for live customers.

This fully remote, individual-contributor role reports to the Senior Director, APAC — Global Applied Intelligence, coordinating with Solution Architects in a matrixed team. The role blends strong program management with hands-on troubleshooting in a SaaS environment, requiring fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English and comfort

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in technical program/project management, technical account management, or a related delivery role within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently — comfortable reading logs; no coding required.
• Strong understanding of risk decisioning products (fraud, credit, identity, or transaction risk).
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects to on-time delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
• Self-directed with the ability to work remotely across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for active projects across Indonesia, including planning, scheduling, resourcing and budget tracking.
• Define project scope, milestones and deliverables; drive execution against timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and keep delivery on track.
• Track risks, dependencies and issues; maintain clear status reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the first point of contact and relationship owner for live customers on technical issues.
• Troubleshoot issues by reading logs and interpreting system behavior; coordinate with support until resolution.
• Translate between customer, support and engineering to provide clear context and reproduction steps.
