Provenir is seeking a Technical Program Manager based in Indonesia to drive delivery of active projects and act as the dedicated technical point of contact for live customers. In this dual role, you will own project execution end‑to‑end while coordinating with our support team to ensure issues are resolved smoothly.

This is a fully remote role reporting to the Senior Director, APAC—Global Applied Intelligence, blending program management with hands‑on troubleshooting in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in technical program/project management or related technical delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project management for active projects in Indonesia.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, sales, external partners).
• Serve as the first technical contact for live customers; triage and triage issues with the support team.
• Translate technical context for customers, support, and engineering to priorities.
