Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Experience working within the non‑profit sector or with corporate social responsibility initiatives is an advantage.
• Understanding of the socio‑economic landscape in Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships with corporate, non‑profit, and governmental organizations.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison for key partners, fostering strong, long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of all partnerships.
