• Experience in partnerships or business development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Strategy & Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships across government, philanthropy, multilateral bodies, academia, and the private sector.
• Partnership Development & Relationship Management: Lead partnerships from initial engagement through proposal development and negotiation.
• Executive Representation & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the CEO in selected meetings and external engagements; coordinate follow-up actions.
• Partnership Strategy & Proposal Development: Oversee concept notes, proposals, partnership frameworks, presentations and briefing papers.
• Team Leadership & Partnership Operations: Coach the Strategic Partnerships Analyst; monitor pipeline and reporting.
