Job summary

KitaLulus is seeking a senior partner sales leader in Tangerang, Indonesia to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will develop joint plans with partners, manage pipelines, and support closures through customer meetings, demos, and negotiations.

The role requires strong communication, an analytical mindset, and a track record in channel sales. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 35+ years in B2B sales-related roles, and experience or exposure to the PNG market,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 35+ years in B2B Sales, Account Management, Channel/Partner Management, or ERP/SaaS Sales.
• Professional experience or meaningful market exposure to Papua New Guinea (PNG).
• Proven track record of driving revenue through partners/resellers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through implementing partners and achieve revenue/KPI targets.
• Build joint business plans, sales strategies, and target markets with partners.
• Manage partner pipelines and support deal closures.
• Join customer meetings, sales calls, demos, co-selling, and negotiation.
• Monitor partner performance, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Partner teams to enable partner success.
• Ensure partners have the right support, tools, and resources to grow.
