Luminare Consulting is seeking a Partnership Manager for our client in financial services in Jakarta, to foster strong relationships with partners and clients. You will identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to drive partnership initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in partnership or business development, excellent negotiation and communication skills, plus strong market research and networking ability to grow strategic alliances.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or similar role.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Keen on doing research to identify market trends and opportunities to share with partners.
• Strong networking capability to establish and maintain relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders.
• Working with both partner and internal team to track progress on project implementation.
• Identify and propose new opportunities to strengthen the partnership.
• Address and escalate issues of partner or clients.
• Establishing new business relationships with potential partners and negotiating the terms of partnerships.
