Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or similar roles.
• Proven ownership of a workflow or operational system.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management experience.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales Operations Oversight: Review leads, opportunities, appointments and tasks to maintain a clear daily sales picture.
• CRM Accuracy & Pipeline Hygiene: Update deal stages, ownership, tasks, dates, notes and links; flag gaps and avoid assumptions.
• Meeting Follow-Through & Action Tracking: Convert meetings into structured action records with owners and deadlines.
• Weekly Reporting & Decision Support: Prepare concise pipeline/activities reports and explain data gaps or changes.
• Cross-Functional Handoffs: Coordinate inputs between Sales, Marketing, Client Success and other teams for proposals and onboarding.
• Sales Process Implementation: Help establish practical CRM/Deals/Tasks processes that are actually used.
• Sales Quality Improvement Support: Organize coaching evidence and objections data for leadership.
• Documentation & Knowledge Preservation: Capture workflows and definitions to reduce memory reliance.
• Escalation & Risk Visibility: Identify issues outside authority and elevate with context.
• AI-Enabled Administrative Support: Use AI tools to summarize notes and organize information, with fact-checks.
• Other Duties: Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.
