Job summary

DentistFind. inc. is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to build a scalable sales operating system in a founder-led environment. You will maintain CRM integrity, drive follow-through, and turn scattered information into clear priorities and ownership while aligning with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams.

The role emphasizes process improvement, weekly reporting, and proactive risk visibility in a fully remote setting with international exposure and EST working hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English; reports and updates must be concise and decision-ready.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, coordination, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ownership of a workflow or operational system over weeks or months.
• Proven CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene experience.
• Ability to coordinate inputs across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight of sales operations to maintain a clear pipeline and owner assignments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including deal stages, tasks, dates, and ownership.
• Convert meetings into structured action records with owners and deadlines.
• Prepare weekly pipeline reports highlighting bottlenecks and performance gaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs and ensure accepted ownership.
• Help implement practical CRM processes and enforce adoption through examples.
• Organize coaching data and insights for leadership decisions.
• Capture workflows and reporting definitions to reduce reliance on memory.
• Identify and escalate risks with recommended next steps.
• Provide AI-assisted note summarization while verifying facts.
