DentistFind is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to build a scalable sales operating system in a remote, founder-led environment. You will maintain CRM accuracy, track pipeline health, and drive follow-through across teams to convert scattered information into clear priorities and actions.

You will own daily oversight, reporting, and cross-functional handoffs, ensuring data quality and operational efficiency while supporting the CEO with structured insights and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or related roles.
• Proven ownership of a workflow or operational system over multiple weeks or months.
• Experience in maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily sales operations to maintain a clear pipeline picture.
• Maintain CRM data: deal stages, ownership, tasks, dates, notes, links.
• Convert meetings and discussions into structured action records with owners and deadlines.
• Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports with insights and gaps.
• Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and other teams.
