Job summary

DentistFind is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will strengthen the sales operating system, maintain CRM accuracy, and drive follow-through across teams in a founder-led environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales operations, strong English writing, and a knack for turning scattered data into actionable priorities. This is a full-time, on-site position offering growth and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, coordination, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of a workflow, pipeline process, or operational system over multiple weeks or months.
• Proven experience maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
• Clear understanding of B2B sales processes from lead to handoffs and opportunity progression.
• Excellent written English for concise reports and updates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations to maintain a clear, accurate view of leads, opportunities, appointments, and overdue tasks.
• Maintain CRM accuracy by updating deal stages, ownership, tasks, dates, notes, and links.
• Convert meetings and discussions into structured action records with owners, deadlines, and checks.
• Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports with performance vs benchmarks and data gaps explained.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Client Success; confirm ownership acceptance.
• Help implement practical CRM, Deals, and Tasks processes; reinforce adoption with real examples.
• Organize coaching evidence and performance insights for leadership review and improvement.
• Document workflows, reporting definitions, and knowledge transfer to reduce reliance on memory.
