Job summary

Infineon Technologies is seeking a senior Quality Control Engineer to join its innovative manufacturing team in a fully remote role. You will develop and implement robust quality management systems across production lines, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product integrity from design to delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and expertise in ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality control within the manufacturing sector.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and statistical process control (SPC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections; analyze results for improvements.
• Analyze production data and defect reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure new products meet quality specs.
• Mentor junior QC staff and promote a culture of quality awareness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to product quality and safety.
