Infineon Technologies in Indonesia seeks a Senior Engineer – Advance Quality Engineering to drive quality in new product development and change management. You will ensure adherence to the Infineon QMS and industry standards while supporting customer requirements.

You will lead DFMEA reviews, develop Safe Launch Plans, and oversee reliability activities to mitigate production risks and ensure smooth handovers to Operations. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering with relevant field.
• 3–5 years in electronics manufacturing, NPI or quality roles.
• Experience with DFMEA, DPQ, and quality tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC).

Aufgaben

• Drive quality requirements in NPI and change management per Infineon QMS.
• Lead DFMEA reviews and capture learnings from incidents and complaints.
• Develop Safe Launch Control Plans for new/change projects.
• Ensure proper handover to Operations after project close.
• Lead reliability activities to support risk assessment and process eval.
