Infineon Technologies Batam is seeking a Senior Engineer - Advance Quality Engineering to drive quality during NPI and Change Management. You will lead DFMEA discussions, ensure process compliance, and develop control plans for new technologies.
Role requires 3–5 years in electronic manufacturing with strong knowledge of quality tools, plus leadership and cross-functional collaboration. The company focuses on delivering safe, reliable semiconductor solutions.
AsSenior Engineer- Advance Quality Engineering,you are responsible todrive the implementation of quality requirements during new product development (NPI) and Change Management as per Infineon Quality Management System, Industri Standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities in your new role
Participate inproject risk identificationDFMEA, ensurelearning from production incident and customer complaint considered duringDFMEA review.
Review Project Requirement profile and Reliability assessment plan, ensure process compliance as per Development milestone. Technical review for Process Development report and Support internal / customer / 3rd party audit
Generate Safe Launch Control Plan as additional control measures for the new and or change in product/package/process technologies and generate Defect Catalogue of new defects from new product/package/proces technologies
Ensure implementation of quality requirementsduringdevelopment process of new product/package/process (NPI) and proper handover toOperation prior to project close
Lead and oversee working teamto perform Reliability activities to support production risk assesment and/or process evaluation.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
A Bachelor degree inScience / Engineering with relevant field such as Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.
3-5 years experience inelectronicmanufacturing company with working area at Quality / Engineering / NPI process. Experience in semiconductormanufacturing process will be more preferable.
Strong knowledge in QualityManagement System and experience working with Quality tools such as FMEA,Control Plan, SPC, 8D, 5 Why, and Reliability testing. Knowledge in6Sigmamethodology is more preferable
Excellent leadershipand communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functionalteams and stakeholders
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability toidentify and mitigate qualityrisks.
