Job summary

Weavve is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive (Remote) to own paid advertising end-to-end across Meta and Google Ads, with exploration of TikTok and other channels, and to manage the Shopify store CRO.

You will design full-funnel campaigns, manage budgets, bids and audiences, and translate data into briefs for design and development teams. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads with strong metrics.
• Data analysis skills to inform tactical and strategic decisions iteratively.
• Understanding of customer journeys, segments and messaging.
• Familiarity with CRO principles; Shopify is a plus.
• Strong planning, reporting and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented with prioritisation in a fast-paced env.
• Copywriting and design skills for ad creatives.
• Proficient with Canva, GA4, GSC, Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid ads programme end to end across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with potential expansion to new platforms.
• Design and execute full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns with proper budgets and audiences.
• Lead creative-first approach and translate data into actionable briefs for design.
• Maintain A/B testing roadmap across ad creatives, copy, offers and landing pages to lower CPA.
• Manage tracking integrity: GA4 events, UTM governance and pixel health.
• Translate platform metrics into clear business insights and weekly ROAS reports.
• Manage Shopify website and apps with a focus on CRO and UI/UX improvements.
• Translate CRO findings into briefs and coordinate with external web development team.
• Collaborate cross-department teams to plan and run campaigns.
• Assist in email marketing planning, setup and reporting.
