Spring Hope Creative Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic Remote Performance Marketing Specialist with deep Meta Ads expertise to plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across client accounts.

You will monitor performance and derive insights while aligning digital marketing activities with each client's business goals. This fully remote, long-term role offers exposure to Singapore-based clients and opportunities to work across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign structure, targeting, retargeting, audience creation, and campaign optimisation.
• Good design skills, with the ability to create and edit marketing materials using Canva.
• Experience analysing campaign data and making decisions based on performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or other digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Agency or experience managing multiple client accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, youtube, and tiktok.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with each client's business objectives.
• Manage clients' day-to-day digital marketing accounts and ensure campaigns, content, and activities are executed smoothly.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
• Work with the content team to align organic content and paid advertising strategies.
• Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support other paid advertising platforms when required.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to deliver results for clients.
